RETURNS

We have a 14-day in-store credit/exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request in-store credit or exchange for your item.

 

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return for credit/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be exchanged. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned.

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

    If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

     

    Exceptions

    Please note that all jewelry, gift cards, candles, undergarments, and sale items are FINAL SALE.

     

    Damages and Issues

    Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

     

    Shipping

    To start a return, you can contact us at admin@paperdoll.ca. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, and these costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. (If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.)

     

    Processing

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. (Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.) Please note that if your country of residence is not Canada, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

    Processed returns will have a credit automatically applied to your original payment method within standard business processing times.
