Shipping policy

LOCAL PICK UP OPTION:

During the online checkout process, you will have the option to choose pickup. Choose Local Pickup if you would like to pick up in store on 124th street only.

Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be fulfilled.  You will receive an email confirmation once your order is packed and ready for you to pick up, along with directions and pickup times. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or company observed holidays.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

All domestic orders are shipped via Canada Post Regular Parcel service.  Please allow 2 business days for order processing. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with a Canada Post tracking number and you will be able to see estimated delivery dates (typically 5-10 business days depending on your location).  We do not process or ship orders on weekends or company observed holidays.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

At this time, we are only able to ship internationally to the United States. All United States orders are shipped via Canada Post Tracked Packet USA service.  Please allow 2 business days for order processing. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with a Canada Post tracking number and you will be able to see estimated delivery dates (typically 10-15 business days depending on your location).  We do not process or ship orders on weekends or company observed holidays.

SAME DAY DELIVERY:

Orders where same day delivery is selected must be placed before 1pm to have them delivered by 9PM that day. Otherwise they will be delivered by 9pm the next business day. This service is extended to Edmonton and surrounding communities.
